Amenities in The Oaks

You will find a top notch Community Center that includes a library, a heated indoor pool with a hot tub and restrooms. Upstairs is a full sized meeting room equipped with a complete kitchen for gatherings, along with tables and chairs.

There are tennis courts and a walking trail, pickle ball courts, and a shuffle board court. It is a pet friendly community, with plenty of room to roam with your fur-babies.

HOA

HOA fees are currently$480 per month (as of 6/24). This includes all of the amenities as well as exterior maintenance of all of the condominiums, yard maintenance and rock work.

Units are 2-3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Most are one story but a few buildings have upstairs and downstairs units. Most have nice views of the pretty landscaping from large screened and covered porches.
